1) I am a member of this club and I will make time to help out so my children can benefit from its services.
2) All coaches are volunteers, I understand that if for some reason the coach can no longer volunteer, my child's team may not be practicing or participating in any games if I do not stepped in and help out.
3) No refund is given, no exception, once the first soccer practice starts.
4) No refund is given if there is a schedule conflict with other activities that my child is currently signed up for.
5) No refund is given, if I choose not to help out when a coach cannot make practice or decides to opt out from volunteering.
6) Children are placed base on certain age brackets; we do not place children by request or favoritism. We make every effort to have a Boy's Team and a Girl's Team. If we do not have enough players to make the minimum requirement to register a team, boys and girls will be combine to make a Coed team in the boy's division. No Refund is given if my child is placed on a Coed Team.
7) All coaches are volunteer parents. The C.I.S.C. does not discriminate and encourage parents, man or woman to participate and help the children of Central Islip. No refund is given, if I do not like my child's coach performance or its gender. Your best course of action is to volunteer your time and help the children including your child.
8) If my child is participating in any S.S.I. or Travel games, a pass card with picture is issued. This is considered a contract between the player and the club. It is against policy of the Central Islip Soccer Club to release any player in the middle of a soccer season once carded. Player will have to wait for the end of the season or expiration of the card for release. NO REQUEST WILL BE HONORED UNLESS THESE CONDITIONS ARE SATISFIED - NO EXCEPTIONS
9) Playtime is at least 40% of game time whenever game time and number of kids per team permits or at the coach discretion.
10) Coaches are EXPECTED to have AT LEAST one practice session per week and players are expected to have a minimum of 1/2 hour of practice prior to game time.
11) Unless called by a coach within 45 min. of game time, players must come to the field. Cancellations will be recorded in the C.I.S.C. phone system.
12) The outermost layer of clothing MUST be the CISC official uniform. An official uniform is described as a soccer jersey, shorts, and socks. In addition, all players MUST wear shin guards under their official socks. Any other clothing such as Underarmor, sweatpants, sweatshirts, etc.. must be worn UNDER the official C.I.S.C. uniform.
13) Sneakers allowed during Indoor Tournaments or Indoor Practice, otherwise cleats are required.
14) In cold weather, gloves and ear warmers are allowed to be worn.
15) Jewelry of any kind is not allowed. Hoods and hats are not allowed

Urinating, Vandalizing, Dumping Trash on school property is not allowed. Anyone caught will be expelled from the club including associated player.
17) All children wearing corrective lenses should use athletic safety glasses or at the very least use a protective (holder) support band.
18) Players and Parents should remain on the same side of the field. Parents must remain behind the coach and behind the safety line at all time.
19) Parents are not allowed near or behind goals.
20) All school signs MUST be obeyed, rules and regulations must be followed. This includes, no smoking, drinking and no pets are allowed on school property.
21) Players and Parents MUST be respectful towards coaches, club officials and most importantly the referees. Absolutely no yelling at the referees, no wise / obscene comments towards staff, players or visitors. Failure to comply can result in expulsion from the playing area and/or expulsion from the soccer club.
22) Players must shake hands after the game as a sign of good sportsmanship. Inappropriate behavior during this ceremony will not be tolerated.
23) Players and Parents are EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP THE FIELD after each practice and games before leaving.
24) Under no circumstances that players, parents, friends or volunteers are allowed to upload video or pictures of teams or players wearing the C.I.S.C. uniforms on the internet or anywhere else without a written consent of the Central Islip Soccer Club Executive Board members.
25) Under no circumstances that players, parents, friends or volunteers are allowed to sell video or pictures of teams or players wearing the C.I.S.C. uniforms on the internet or anywhere else without a written consent of the Central Islip Soccer Club Executive Board members

Cheer positively for ALL the players and encourage your team to never put down the other team or ANY of the players on either team.
27) Due to insurance regulation, unless you are a member or a volunteer in the Central Islip Soccer Club, no one is allowed to play soccer in any of the designated Athletic School field used by the C.I.S.C.
28) Leave the sideline coaching to the coach. Spectators frequently yell instructions to players these instructions often contradict those of the coach and only confuse the players.
29) Proper behavior is expected from parents & guest. Absolutely no stamping feet and/or no loud noise on the side line or on bleacher that disturbs the referee or the game in motion. Failure to comply can result in expulsion from the soccer club NO EXCEPTIONS.
30) Parents conspiring together and pulling players out of a game without cause and/or proper notification to the coach or staff on site are subject to be expelled from the soccer club NO EXCEPTIONS.
31) Parents are not allowed to pull players out of a game without cause and/or proper notification to the coach. Failure to comply can result in player being benched by the coach for the next two games. NO EXCEPTIONS
32) Anyone that fails to comply with these critical guidelines, will be ask to leave the site immediately. Failure to do so will result in caling the proper authority. NO EXCEPTIONS.
By submitting this form, you are giving permission to the Central Islip Soccer Club officials/members to notify you in person or through the club IVR system by phone, text or email of all related events that the club deems necessary to share with its past and current members.
