1. Upon purchase I agree and acknowledge the following:
   1. All Sales are final.
   2. Absolutely no exchange if ordered the wrong size.
   3. Absolutely no exchange if item is worn.
   4. If paying by CC there will be no charge back once item is received.
   5. Item purchased will be delivered only when full payment is received.
